Survivor #24: The Outside

I took my dog outside for the first time since the snowpocalypse began. Before that she had a doggy door, and could move around the backyard a little bit, but she's gotten stir-crazy. So I went out. It was an enlightening experience. Most of the side walks weren't shoveled, the people in the houses most likely died. So we walked in the street. No cars went by. The wind blew so hard once, that I literally couldn't see anything for a few seconds. It was a short walk.

School is canceled for the rest of the week. The teachers are all trapped in their houses, so I'm getting a bit of cabin fever. It was nice to go outside, even with all the dangers.
